Help our Youngest Learners Play to Learn!

Our students are active, bouncy, and fun. Many of them (87%) are low-income. Their families come from 47 different countries. Play is critical for the healthy development of our youngest learners. We’re committed to providing a high-quality early education and care experience for all children 6-weeks to five-years-old and their families, regardless of their ability to pay.

It’s ‪#‎NationalNutritionMonth‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬ and this year’s theme is “Put Your Best Fork Forward.” Our nutrition team educated the community on the dangers of too much sugar – and the outrageous amounts of sugar found in many popular drinks! Winter Crafts!

Snow Day! It’s the perfect time to curl up with a book or make a fun winter art project! We’ve been busy learning about how animals survive during the winter – and making crafts showing where they hibernate! What’s your snow day plan?

 

Pajama Day!

CLC Westover celebrated winter family style with cozy pajamas, tasty treats and a special snowman craft project. Then they watched The Snowman movie together!
